It’s been an interesting week to say the least. On the same day, I found out that my mother-in-law had a mild stroke and that my dad was going to have to be placed in a memory care facility due to his Alzheimer’s disease progression. I’ve been running around dealing with family things, which has led to not a whole lot of crafting going on. On Saturday, my car also decided not to start and has been in the shop since Sunday night. Fun times!
Last night, I was able to actually make a potholder. I like how this one came out.
And when I was dropped off from work to my house, I was greeted with a little baby deer. Turns out there were three of them just hanging out in the side yard. It’s nice when you see something like this when dealing with all that comes with life events.
