Last night, I finished up a scarf out of Bernat Blanket Tie Dye-ish yarn. I had this yarn just sitting next to me in the basket by the couch, so I decided it was time to do something with it.

It’s a nice, squishy scarf. I’m hoping now that I made another winter item that winter will go away, but it looks like it’s going to hang on for a little while longer. I do like some of the colors in this scarf, so maybe that will make me feel warm.

I also did some spinning while dinner was in the oven (baked potatoes with chili, cheese, and sour cream, yum!). I still find spinning to be extremely meditative, especially when the day brings all kinds of random things to throw at you.

And in case you wanted to know what it looks like when I spin, here’s a short video that Brian shot last night.
Regina was not impressed by any of this and wanted to play with Lego instead.

Stay crafty!
