I’ve made it a goal of mine this year to try to finish up projects that are sitting out there. In the case of this one, it’s been sitting out there for a couple of years now. I’m talking about the dragon cross stitch.
I have been working on it off and on while finishing up the Caltha sweater. It’s starting to get there. I’m well over half way done with the dragon now, but it’s so detailed and requires blending threads to get the right colors that it just takes a while.
I do love how it’s turning out, and I can see light at the end of the tunnel, even if it is just a pinprick in the distance. This is by far the most detailed cross stitch I have ever done. Hopefully I’ll be able to get it finished up this year!
