Weekend Fun

This was a busy weekend with graduations and what not. I started off on Saturday watching the students graduate. It’s always fun to see students who you have watched grow up over their time here walk across the stage.

I also finished up Grogu while waiting for the ceremony to begin!

A crocheted plush figure resembling a small alien character with big black eyes, green skin, and large ears, dressed in a beige robe with a brown strap.

On Saturday, I got a text from Brian that we were going to have a surprise Luna visit and she would be staying the night for a couple of days. When she walked in, she handed me the sweetest note I have ever received. I gave her a big hug and told her how much I love her.

A handwritten note inside a blue card that reads 'Happy Mother's Day!' followed by a heartfelt message expressing gratitude for a mother figure, mentioning support and love, and thanking them for everything done.

Yesterday we played some board games together. I might add that I won this round of Ticket to Ride! My strategy of making sure I had the longest connecting train actually paid off this time!

A young woman and an older man are playing a board game on a table. The game board features a map with colorful train routes. Both players are engaged, with the woman reaching for the board and the man examining a card. Drinks and game pieces are scattered around them.

Stay crafty!
