While at Sit ‘N Knit on Saturday, I finished up the travel socks that I have been working on for a while. I’m going to have to replace some older socks here soon that have been repaired so many times that I am wondering if any of the original sock is still left. This will be the first of several new pairs of socks for myself in the near future.
I really like the colorway on this one. I’m normally not into reds that much since they tend to clash with my skin and hair, but in sock-form, I think I can get behind this colorway.
I cast on the next pair of travel socks yesterday at lunch. I’ll post about those when I get more than three rows done on them!
So, I’m now at a conundrum. What will I work on for my evening crafting project next? Do I want to start a new sweater or cardigan? I have some lovely deep blue wool that was left from a commission project years ago and the owner told me to keep the sweater-quantity of the yarn as part of the payment. It’s also approximately a million degrees outside right now, so the thought of a sweater or cardigan does kind of make me twitch.
But, as House Stark says, Winter is Coming…
